Question: How much does a party cost?

Answer: Prices very by package. In order to check the price of a party plan, go here . The screen that follows will provide you with a complete selection of prices and packages for that specific location.

Question: I was not offered the time frame I needed.What can I do?

Answer: The party times are set schedules and cannot be altered.  The time(s) you were offered is what we have available on that day.  If you want an earlier time, you are more than welcome to come into the skating center early and let the children skate.  However, your table and host(ess) will only be prepared for you at the scheduled time of your reservation.  If you need a later time, we recommend that you try a another date.

Question: What if I want to stay longer than the hour and a half?

Answer: You are more than welcome to stay in the skating center after the scheduled party time is over.  However, you will need to relocate the party to the table/rink area in order to accommodate guests who have reserved the time frame after yours.  We do offer the option of extending your table time for additinal 30 mins for a $50 fee.

Question: Is there a cost or charge for adults/parents to attend the party?

Answer: There is no charge for these guests, unless you choose they choose to roller skate or you choose to purchase food and/or drinks for them. If you will be doing so, please place this order at least 24 hours in advance.

Question: What happens if my guest count changes?

Answer: We cannot guarantee that we can increase your seating once a reservation has been made. Therefore, add seats if you think more guests will attend, if they are available. Additionally, we charge for the number of children booked. If not all the children attend, we would charge for the food cost for the additional people you reserverd for. Therefore, we recommend that you confirm your reservation here or call back with your confirmation number should you need to decrease or increase the seating arrangements.

Question: What kind of decorations do you have and/or can I bring my own?

Answer: We offer decorations that are a Roller Skating design.  You are more than welcome to bring in your own if you would like something different.  However, we ask that you do not bring in outside cups.

Question: Can I bring my own cake? 

Answer: Yes, we encourage you to bring your own cake, but please no other outside food or drinks.
This option is only available if you are having a scheduled Cal Skate Birthday Party Plan.

Question: Do you have ice cream?

Answer: We offer a variety of ice cream selections at our snack bar, but not traditional scooped ice cram that would be served with a birthday party.

The only option for Ice Cream would be to be your own Ice Cream Cake.  We not allow any other types of ice dream.

Question: What is in the favor bags?

Answer: Cal Skate GT's favor bags include a variety of toys and treats. You can see and example of one here.

Question: May I bring in a piñata?

Answer: For safety reasons we do not allow them in the skating center.

Question:  Can I bring outside food or drinks?

Answer: Only cake or ice cream cake are allowed-no other outside food or drink.

Question: Will my credit card be charged?  When do I pay?

Answer: Your credit card will be charged the non-refundable $50 deposit at the time of booking. On the day of the party we charge for the amount of children that you reserved. If not all the children attend, we would charge the original reserved amount minus ten. Your total is handled on the day of the party.

Question: How do I change the time and/or date of the party?

Answer: You will need to rebook the party for the time and date you require. Make sure to cancel any other previous reservations to avoid credit card charges.

Question: What happens if I'm celebrating two or more children's birthdays?

Answer: Each child celebrating a birthday will receive the party pack, glow stick, face & hair painting, and balloons at no additional charge. Enter the additional childÌ s name into the comments/requests section of the reservation.
